No i am not a admin but a moderator. A admin can acces the logs 24/7
As a moderator we have direct acces to the chat and we can see what is written in realtime while a
admin can lookup the logs even days after a specific event.
And with "we" i mean the admin and mod staff we have acces to all the data that needs to
be accesed either by admin or either by requesting a investigation done by a admin to back up our
actions.
Non the less if we are right we are right and if we are wrong actions will be revered.

In regards to your questions i got the following to say:
The rules in the game are not subject to debate, which means that in MOST cases you will recieve a
fair warning if you cross one of them.
Obviously if a player is a repeat offender then its up to the moderator (Or admin) if there will be
a punishment without warning.
As you probably have found out you have been muted loads of times (Way more then the average
player) for all kinds of "mistakes" you have made on the chat.
And i assume that such a experienced as yourself who plays on multiple servers would understand
that if you cross the line you will pay the fine.
More over this after the rest of your questions ok?
1.you cant mail in-game mail to admin or mod about your own mutes because its against there
policy to do so.
True questions about mutes or bans should be done by a support ticket, and if you mail a moderator
or a admin about your mute then its up to the moderator or admin if the WANT to reply to you as they
actually are allowed to disregard the pm as the rules say that for questions you have to put in a
support ticket.
21. Player who have questions about other players that are banned or have received a mute should
not bring these subjects to the chat. We have a forum and a support system set up to answer these
questions
5.Repeat offenders on the chat. Many players make a mistake and it is understandable. Other like
to push the limits of the chat which is not fair to the other players who just want to chat. There
is a record that is kept in the game accounts of the mutes that are put in the system. Player who
continue violate the chat rules will be banned from the game. You will be warned from support by
In-game message. If after this has occurred and you continue further action will be taken against
your account.
6.Tickets to support. If you have been muted you must wait the 24hrs and it will be taken off
automatically by the system. Sending a ticket into support will not remove the mute from the
account. Unless you have good reason and evidence then you can send a ticket into support.If there

private matter not for the community to know about.
You actually can but if the post is getting into a flame topic about the errors that you think the
staff made then the topic can be closed.
Exept links they are NOT allowed to be posted by players, Only the moderators and admins are
allowed to do this in rare cases.
You should know that as a EX-mod...
As every mute and every ban and the reason behind this mute and ban is logged on the servers
chatlog and admin/ moderator action log.
So if a moderator mutes a person without reason then the mute or ban will be reversed and the
person responsible for it will have something to explain to the main admin.
The main reason your posts are nearly locked instant is because if a person mutes you then you
always contact ALL the mods, ALL the admins and all your friends to raise support to make the looki
staff look bad.
Also in previous posts you are copy pasting chatlogs which are NOT complete.
So being honest and fair would go a long way but its very easy to leave out things you have said
just to make the staff look bad, keep in mind we do have the original chatlogs as they are stored on
the server.

But if you believe that you can manipulate the players, the staff and bend the rules to your own
gains then obviously you will find a moderator or a admin who will show you the way out.
There is no need for you to post flame topic's about the US staff and there is no need for you
to keep pushing your luck.
Just follow the chatrules and ingame rules like 99% of all the players do and you will not even
notice that we are in the chat and watching things.
Mutual respect and being honest goes a very long way and yes the staff can take a good joke and a
good laugh but in the end of the day its not the moderator that desides if you are getting a mute
but that desision was made by yourself the moment you crossed the line, as if you would have
followed the rules like they are publicly known then you would not run into these problems.
Now please for the sake of the game before you judge the staff ...start to judge your own actions
before you make these redicilous posts.

code of conduct that the staff, but if we would have been allowed to do so then everyone here on the

The rules in the game are not subject to debate, which means that in MOST cases you will recieve a fair warning if you cross one of them.
Obviously if a player is a repeat offender then its up to the moderator (Or admin) if there will be a punishment without warning.
As you probably have found out you have been muted loads of times (Way more then the average player) for all kinds of "mistakes" you have made on the chat.
And i assume that such a experienced as yourself who plays on multiple servers would understand that if you cross the line you will pay the fine.

You actually can but if the post is getting into a flame topic about the errors that you think the staff made then the topic can be closed.
Exept links they are NOT allowed to be posted by players, Only the moderators and admins are allowed to do this in rare cases.
You should know that as a EX-mod...
As every mute and every ban and the reason behind this mute and ban is logged on the servers chatlog and admin/ moderator action log.
So if a moderator mutes a person without reason then the mute or ban will be reversed and the person responsible for it will have something to explain to the main admin.
The main reason your posts are nearly locked instant is because if a person mutes you then you always contact ALL the mods, ALL the admins and all your friends to raise support to make the looki staff look bad.
Also in previous posts you are copy pasting chatlogs which are NOT complete.
So being honest and fair would go a long way but its very easy to leave out things you have said just to make the staff look bad, keep in mind we do have the original chatlogs as they are stored on the server.

As you know i am a moderator myself and yes we do make mistakes and yes we are human to.
We do not like to mute and we do not like to ban but if a person crosses the line like you are doing on a regular basis then our patience with a person runs out.

No i am not a admin but a moderator. A admin can acces the logs 24/7
As a moderator we have direct acces to the chat and we can see what is written in realtime while a admin can lookup the logs even days after a specific event.
And with "we" i mean the admin and mod staff we have acces to all the data that needs to be accesed either by admin or either by requesting a investigation done by a admin to back up our actions.
Non the less if we are right we are right and if we are wrong actions will be revered.

Hmmm what do you not understand from the novel i did write you?
What do you not understand from the rules are are GLOBAL to all do servers?
I mean its all there.
You have been a mod so you should know the rules, which also means that you cannot hide behind: " "the common i did not know excuse"
You either follow the rules or you will be muted and eventually banned.
So if these rules are to much for you then either you lack the capacity to understand them or this game is not for you.
Now about your harsh comments to the admins i can say this:
We got the logs the evidence and everything we need to justify what we do.
The only thing you got is BS and Flame stuff.
And word of advise: Do not try to bend the rules and try to manipulate them as you CANNOT.
